Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Epitom, a product of V AND N AI Private Limited. By creating an account or using Epitom, you agree to these terms.
Using Epitom
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Epitom only in accordance with applicable law. If you use Epitom for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of the information you add to Epitom and the services you choose to connect. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that information in order to provide Epitom. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect third-party services and use their data in Epitom.
Acceptable use
Do not use Epitom to break the law, infringe others’ rights, introduce malware, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or access data you are not authorized to access. Do not use Epitom to build or operate a competing service using our confidential product information.
Third-party services
Epitom can connect to third-party services, including Google. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. You control whether to connect them and can remove a connection from Epitom’s settings. Our handling of connected data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and payment
If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and payment details shown at checkout form part of these terms. We may suspend paid access when payment is overdue.
Service availability
We may change, maintain, or discontinue features to improve or protect Epitom. We aim to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Epitom is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that its insights, recommendations, or outputs will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Epitom at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, when a change is material, provide notice through Epitom or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
